Want real disclosure? Well how is this for some truth & honesty. This land is locked down & it has been locked for now 10 plus years in a community called Ghostrider. The homes & land both are locked down in this community. The City of Mesa will not let you build or develop until ALL owners come together to pay money and develop and complete the 20ft wide road and record proper easements for the entire community. Until then you are locked down as you can not build to city codes as this community is lacking proper roads. The homeowners are not even allowed to do any improvements that require a permit as permits are not allowed. The land owners can only pay taxes. So this is how true disclosure should work.
